Returns
You may return any eligible item within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the conditions below are met. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective items or shipping errors on our part.
Return Conditions — Harnesses & Lingerie
- Items must be unworn and in their original packaging in good condition
- Original labels must be intact
- Items returned damaged, soiled or without labels will not be eligible for a refund
Return Conditions — All Other Products
- The product must be returned in its original unopened packaging, with the security seal intact
- For hygiene reasons, our quality team reserves the right to refuse any return where the product is suspected of not meeting these strict conditions
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt. Please provide a clear video or photo demonstrating the defect. We will cover return shipping costs and arrange either a replacement or a full refund based on your preference.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
