Delivery Times

Orders are delivered via UPS with online tracking available at ups.com. Delivery typically takes 4 to 8 business days after dispatch from our warehouse in France, subject to customs clearance, which may occasionally cause additional delays.

Shipping Rates

Orders over $69 (all taxes included): Free delivery
Orders between $0 and $68.99 (all taxes included): $11.90

All prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of all applicable taxes and customs duties. We cover all customs duties on your behalf, no extra fees at delivery.

Discreet Packaging

Your privacy matters to us. Every order is shipped in a plain, unmarked box that makes no reference to 1969 or the nature of its contents. The sender name appearing on the package is Lovely Planet. Neutral tape is used on all parcels.

For payment transactions, whether by credit card or PayPal, the name appearing on your bank statement will be Lovely Planet. Your personal data is never shared or transmitted to third parties.

Gift Orders

If you are sending an order as a gift, you may enter a delivery address different from your billing address at checkout. The recipient will receive the package without an invoice — the invoice will be sent separately to you, the purchaser.

Order Processing

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are processed the following Monday morning. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left and your package held at your nearest UPS location for collection.
